Grow India’s Flipkart programme puts you in charge of that stretch in your own area. You lead a compact team of delivery boys out of an assigned Flipkart hub. We bring the hub rate-card access, a steady flow of delivery-boy candidates, training and the paperwork.
Delivery boys collect sorted parcels at the Flipkart hub every morning.

At 300 parcels a day, monthly net profit ranges from about ₹45,000 (₹20 rate, ₹15 commission) to ₹90,000 (₹22 rate, ₹12 commission). With 80 parcels per delivery boy it can reach about ₹1,20,000. Investment recovered in roughly two months at the base case.
